Two weeks. Fixed price. You leave with a clear map of which workflows are worth automating — and which are not.
Who it's for
Mid-market companies (roughly 50–500 people) drowning in handoffs, copy-paste between systems, or "someone's spreadsheet is the process," who want a senior operator to tell them where AI / automation actually helps before they buy tools.
What you get
A workflow map of up to 8 candidate processes (intake → handoffs → systems → owners → failure points).
An automation scorecard for each: volume, pain, data readiness, risk, and estimated hours to automate vs leave alone.
A bots-and-tools sketch: which steps a bot or workflow tool can own, which need a human, and where your team must stay in the loop.
A 30-day action list: 3 quick wins, 2 "do later," and a clear "don't automate" list.
A written summary (8–12 pages) and a 60-minute readout with Paul.
How it works
Kickoff (30 min with Paul): goals, in-scope teams, systems, and what "good" looks like.
Discovery (up to 4 stakeholder calls × 45 min with Paul).
Map: from Paul's notes and your documents, Heere Co. automation support drafts the map and scorecard for Paul's review. Bots never join client calls or make the final recommendation.
Readout (60 min with Paul): walk the map, agree the 30-day list, decide whether a Build Sprint is worth it.
Fully remote. About 10–12 hours of Paul's personal time on your engagement.
Price
$1,500.00 fixed
$750.00 deposit invoiced at signing, due Net 15 — work starts on receipt

Optional Build Sprint: $3,500.00 fixed, separate SOW. Sign within 30 days of the readout and the $1,500.00 audit fee is credited against the Build. Scoped from the audit's quick wins only.
